At Pierre Cardin, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our timeless designs. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
